Its a real effort to be bothered to write a list of the problems we have had with this dealership. Maybe they are ok with new cars but don't bother taking a five year old vehicle with DPF issues to them whatever you do. The result being:
Bad advice
Outright lies
Lack of common sense - ie they blindly follow diagnostic flow charts
They don't return customer calls and fail to communicate on progress

Mind you - don't get me started on Suzuki GB generally as they couldn't have cared less.
